Yes! We offer the same services as any other real estate company, and in many cases, more! We just have less overhead and we’re able to pass those savings on to our valued clients.
Is it really just 2%? What does that cover?
Yes! The 2% commission includes both listing and selling fees for properties over 300K. Any property lower than 300K the flat fee of $7000 apply when we sell your home. It is split between the buyer's real estate agent and the seller's real estate agent.
What are the hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees and no upfront costs or closing costs. Just 2% of the sale price of the home!
How are you able to charge less?
We are not a traditional brick and mortar real estate company. We are primarily a cloud-based brokerage. We use technology to our advantage and have built our own backend systems that allow us to drastically reduce our overhead. We also don't have the big fancy offices and the additional staff requirements that our competition has to pay. All of those expenses are passed down to their clients, and we've built a business model and structure that has reduced or eliminated the majority of those expenses.
